The Writing Center is located in Cook Library, Room 112, between Starbucks and the 说中心.

To make an 任命, call 601.266.4821, stop by the center, email writingcenterFREEMississippi%C2%A0or schedule online at 超声电机.mywconline.com.
步骤1
- 访问 超声电机.mywconline.com.
- Under "Available Schedules," select the Writing Center.
- Sign in using wStudentID#@超声电机.edu and your Campus ID (SOAR) password.
If you don't already have a WC Online account, you will be directed to a registration form which you must complete before you are able to view the schedule and make 任命s.

- Choose a date and time by clicking on a white (available) 任命 slot.
- Complete the 任命 form and select "Create Appointment.”
- Both face-to-face and online 任命s are available. If you wish to make an online 任命, you must choose "Yes" to the "Meet Online?" question on the form.
步骤3
- For in-person 任命s: Simply come to the Writing Center on the day and time of your 任命 and check in at the front desk.
- For online 任命s: On the day and time of your 任命, sign in to 超声电机.mywconline.com.
- Scroll to the day and time you reserved to find your 任命 on the scheduler.
- Click on the 任命 box to open the 任命 form, then click the red "Start or Join Online Consultation" link. This link will open a Zoom meeting with your tutor.
- For E-Tutoring 任命s: Sign and in and make a new 任命 using the E-Tutoring
option on the 任命 form.
- Upload the document you wish to receive feedback on using the “File Attachments” tool near the bottom of the form. A file attachment is required in order to save your 任命.
- Writing Center staff will review your document at the scheduled 任命 time and send you feedback shortly after.
- You will receive an email notification when the response is available. 由于时间原因 constraints, we are only available to review one document per 任命.
- Writing Center staff can only review your document for the time allotted for the 任命. For example, if you schedule a 30-minute 任命 for a twenty-page document, the tutor may only be able to provide feedback on ten pages.
- If a tutor is not able to provide feedback on the entirety of your document, please schedule another 任命.
